PLEASE NOTE: RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. WE DO OT OFFER FREE RETURNS.

 

Can I Return My Order?

Yes. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. All original parts, components, and packaging are included and intact
  2. The product shows only normal handling — damage from misuse or careless handling is not eligible
  3. Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before returning
  4. Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt
  5. Returns are processed within 7 business days of arrival at our warehouse

We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is evidence of use or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.

How Do I Start a Return?

Email us at support@wildandflourish.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of product (if damaged)
  • Full name and shipping address

We'll respond with your return instructions and warehouse address. Do not send packages back as "Return to Sender"— this will delay or void your return.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity:

Cancellations

Because our system processes orders immediately upon placement, we're unable to intercept shipments once they're in transit.

  • Before shipment: Contact us immediately and we'll do our best to cancel
  • After shipment: Please wait to receive your order, then initiate a return per the process above

You're welcome to notify us (Wild & Flourish) of your intent to cancel in advance through means of clear declaration (e.g. via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract — we'll note it on your account. Shipping & Transit Times

Our products ship from Asia, which means transit times may be longer than domestic orders. These timelines are outside of our control. Once your order ships, cancellation is not available until delivery is completed.

To speed up your return, please send us your return tracking confirmation once shipped.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund your original payment amount — excluding original shipping costs — within 14 days, using the same payment method used at checkout.

All returns are shipped to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
